(the "Web Site") and to the software, services, products, resources, information,
content and materials on the Web Site ("Site Content"). The Web site may contain
other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be
observed and followed. By using the Web Site or Site Contents you accept and agree
to comply with the following Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, update, or remove portions of these Terms
of Use at any time, so please check these Terms of Use (and our Privacy Policy)
from time to time. Your continued use of the Web Site signifies your acceptance of
any changed items. If you do not agree with our Terms of Use, your sole remedy is to

responsibility regarding the accuracy of the information that is provided by Eydeas

Usage of Available Documents
Permission to use Documents (such as white papers, press releases, datasheets and FAQs)

Submitted Information
Eydeas provides an online forum for the sharing of professional ideas and information. The
service may consist of e-mail services, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups,
forums, communities, file directories and/or other message or communication facilities
designed to enable you to communicate with others (each a "Communication Service" and
collectively "Communication Services"). You agree to use the Communication Services only to
post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related
to the Communication Service. As a condition of your use of the Communication Services, you
will not use the Communication Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by
these terms, conditions, and notices.
Eydeas has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Eydeas reserves the
right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in
its sole discretion. Eydeas reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the
Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
Eydeas does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information through our Web site.
Please note that any information or material sent to the Web Site (each a "Submission" and
collectively "Submissions") will be deemed NOT to be confidential. Eydeas does not claim ownership
to Submissions that are provided to Eydeas through the Web Site, however, by sending Eydeas any
information or material through the Web Site, you grant Eydeas an unrestricted, irrevocable license
to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information,
and you also agree that Eydeas is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you
submit for any purpose. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use a Submission. Eydeas
is under no obligation to post or use any Submission and Eydeas may remove any Submission at any
time in its sole discretion.
By posting a Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the
rights to your Submission as described in these Terms of Use including, without limitation, all
the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
Eydeas makes no representations whatsoever about any Submission which you may access through this
Web Site. When you reference, examine, or download a Submission from a third party, please understand
that it is independent from Eydeas, and that Eydeas has no control over the third party intentions.
In addition, by posting a Submission, Eydeas does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the
content, or the use, of information contained therein. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure
that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses and other
items of a destructive nature.
